Why does it rain on me

So you want to decorate the inside of your hotel shopping area, you think that you may want to use umbrellas, they are nice and bright, but how do you justify it

Option 1 explain that they are nice and bright and hope for the best
Option 2 find a way to make it rain inside then you need umbrella's
