Lenice's trick

Lenice (a gifted surveyor promoted to the senior leadership team) came-up with a stratagy to prevent people from having side conversations.

Each time a surveyor didn't respect one of the meeting principles they could get called upon to dance, sing, or tell a joke in front of the group.

This worked like a charm- the group enjoyed a good laugh periodically, and was reigned in to listen to one another at the same time.
