"Please walk on me"

I headed through to Melrose today to take my Mum out for a birthday lunch. The boys stayed at home with Grandad. I drive this road to Peebles often and there is the most stunning scenery on view, particularly in the autumn. I love this bridge, and there are some potentially stunning photo opportunities but there is hardly anywhere to stop and no footpath to walk along - so frustrating. I cheekily parked in someone's drive (once I had checked there was no cars at home) to take this, but it could be so much better from a different position. The top of the bridge is part of a popular walk, and it just looks so inviting!
