straight from site to visit one of the bars we look after and record the destroyed taps in the gents.w

What is it about city gents and toilets, they seem to feel compelled to break something. Out of four taps two have had the handles and the spouts wrenched off and one has had the spout bent up so now its been roughly straightened it's cracked and leaks when you turn the tap on.

Last week in another bar we replaced a toilet pan that someone had deliberately broken by smashing beer bottles into it - about half a dozen had been needed .........

Anyway after that I went to meet Lorraine and have a restorative pint. Poor Ant had to stay at home and try to shake off the cough she seems to have caught from me.

I love the windows in this pub.
