Tonight we had a surprise party for Jamie's 21st.
They arrived home and we all waited in the dark, party poppers pointing at the door, stifling our silent laughter. It turned out they'd forgotten their keys so someone had to go and let them in. We waited more, listening to the girls trying to casually suggest Jamie come into the lounge.

It was worth it in the end.
