Napping

I actually did not see the kind of creature napping in the sun when I took this, I love the soft sculptured shapes that form in the snow, here along Horse Creek - I went back to my favorite canyon today at Galena Summit today.

Tomorrow is the big national Boulder Mountain Race, 32 K or the 1/2 at 15K. We know the organizer really well and Kevin had entries saved for us. I would have loved to, but Tom's foot hurts so much we knew it would be dumber than dumb for him, and I just could not do this without him on our last day - so we will go early to park and watch them whiz by at 22 mph and then ski for ourselves too.
