I'm not kidding you but I saw the mountains from the office window today. I've never seen such a clear day in Beijing. There can't have been a high count of particle matter micrograms per cubic metre today! This time next week, it'll be all eyes on Beijing for the opening ceremony of the Olympics. There's certainly a buzz about town - loads of people about - it's kinda exciting. I feel very lucky to be here.

It's a quiet night in for me though. I'm babysitting Cameron for the weekend while Loz & PQ are in Honkers. He's had his milk and he's sound asleep....I wonder how long for!
