New Barclays Cycle Hire terminal

I was out on my travels and saw a new Barclays Cycle Hire Terminal with out any docking points yet.

The Scheme is due to be active in Tower Hamlets this spring as i am typing this the Tevoit Street is showing active when only the Terminal is in place
