Frozen frog.

Oh dear! Frozen in mid croak!

Very cold here, and just started snowing.
No nice frosty photos although it was -5c. I think because it has been dry the lack of moisture meant there was no frost on the plants etc. (not sure if this is the right reason)

Don't worry, no animal was harmed! This is a stone frog we have in the bird bath, which was frozen solid. Some more fresh water was put out in another dish, and within half an hour that was frozen too.

Have just had some nice homemade soup to warm us up.
Partridges for our meal tonight, with a nice bottle of red wine, and rhubarb , orange and almond pudding to finish. Better start making it now!

Not sure about our walk tomorrow, might be snowed in!!!
