Popped into Eltham library, took out some CDs, renewed some talking books, listened to the steel band. Fabulous; I shouldn't take it for granted.

Took part in the first ever Bexley parkrun in Danson Park. Parkruns are free to enter, rely on volunteers, and are spreading all over the place - check them out here. Fabulous; and something else to be treasured
