Vindakorma

well it was supposed to be a korma but the cayenne pepper was so pretty I put a bit extra in.......whoh that was hot. Really good though.. added extra lemon juice and coconut milk which took the edge off a bit. Sorry vegi friends, it is chicken but it was a happy free range chicken before it was murdered!
