It's Runeberg's day today and I wanted to have one (well, two: one for myself and one for my husband) of the traditional tarts for coffee.

We went to a market that was already open before noon on a Sunday but they only had a few of the tarts left and the sugar ring was missing on all of them. I decided to buy two anyway and add the sugar ring myself.

I gave the bakery some feedback about the missing sugar ring.
