Icy puddle

As the rest of the country suffers in the snow, Perth is snow-free, which is pretty incredible based on the past two years, when we have had about 3 weeks of it. It is still cold enough for frost and ice though and as we went for our usual Sunday morning stroll I was struck by this ice pattern - I think it resembles contour lines on an OS map or isobars on a weather map.
