Wild swim

After a successful wild swim on New Years day, my friend Kerry and I decided we would swim every month this year. We planned to swim today before knowing it would be really snowy and cold - but decided to do it anyway! We were joined by more people this time so we had a proper group outing together which was lovely.

Breaking through the ice was on top of the water was fun, and yes it was cold, but also really exhilarating. I have some great photos and it was really hard to pick just one today. Just before we got in, Kerry posed for this photo and I love her outfit with the bright red wellies.
