Quick Portrait

I was asked to quickly take her portrait. I obliged of course, impossible to resist a wish of such a beautiful model.

No time to build a studio from scratch so decided to go with natural light: Window as the main light on camera right, lower part flagged with a folded cardboard box to ensure a proper light direction. The setup created quite exquisite catchlights in her eyes. Bounced flash at -1.5 EV to fill in the shadows.

Entry-level dslr with a cheapo standard lens makes a portable and cracking portrait device, by the way.
