Beet (root)

Standing in the cold storage area for the Community Farm, at dusk, with no lighting, I knew that I was in front of the bin containing a load of beets (or beetroot as they are called here in Ireland) but I couldn't see them. I decided to take a photo blind, and was quite pleased with the result.
