Mark Butters, Kez Shutters

A rare capture of Mark and I together. We're usually so busy making fools of ourselves behind the camera that we're very rarely seen in front of the lens!

Having spent most of the day being disgracefully lazy, we realised that we should probably cook something. We threw some vegetables into a pot and lobbed a couple of steaks into a frying pan; then I realised that I needed to snap something for a blip.

Here you see me fannying around with a camera while Mark prepares sandwiches for Sunday's jaunt around Wales. You may notice we're wearing coats in the kitchen. That's because, even though the apartment we were in was huge and downright lovely, it was chuffing freezing!
