Ta-Da!

My first and second creations from my new Vegetarian Cookbook.

I'd like to say that it was torture and much skill was needed to make the spinach and mushroom roulade, but it was really straight forward. The only tricky, hold my breath moment was when I Swiss rolled it together, but I managed.

In the background is my red cabbage and apple salad. Again, very easy to do.

Claire wasn't impressed and not willing to try the new creations but hopefully Mr G will when he gets home.
