Early start and a crazy manic day!!! Left work with all good intentions of going to the gym but as I got closer to home I found myself drifting off and before I could realise I was home!

Pasta followed by Strawberry Cheesecake Haagan Daz means The gym is definitely on tomorrow!!

Another day of just one morning coffee and so far so good!
