Laneway Music Festival

Well today we joined friends for a day at the Laneway Music Festival. The venue was the Sydney College of Art - a rather interesting collection of beautiful old buildings, quadrangles and lawns - which once was a mental asylum so I'm told. It was the most hipster crowd of folk I've ever seen in one place at one time.

The music was a mix of genres - with Feist, Laura Marling and The Drums being the bands I knew before going. Hot, sunny day - great for a festival!
