Don't judge a book by it's cover.

When I go to work I see what everyone can do from an associate stand point. Im not a friend just a coworker expecting you to do your job. Outside of work you pick and choose the ones that are worth learning more about.

This is an older associate, one who has been with the company for some time. He has always been one of the guys I could goof off with but behind closed doors and very strong walls he has been hiding behind, it's just goes so deep. His story breaks my heart but that just goes to show you...

Whatever it is that you must face try to do it with confidence and come out with a smile.
