Roll With It

This 'blip' is in the way of a reply to my many Scottish friends who, since Sunday, have sent me texts and e-mails about how Scotland were 'robbed', that Lamont touched down, England were lucky and a plethora of other reasons why they lost.
Plain and simple, Scotland couldn't buy a try, for whatever reason they simply cannot score tries and relying on Dan Parks was never going to do it. The tackle count, England 238, Scotland 66, says it all. England spent 28 minutes inside their own 22 defending and Scotland had 56% of the possession.
Either way Scotland were simply not good enough!!

On a more homely theme the builders have been round to measure up for the shed base and should be ready to start in a day or two. They have also proposed a solution to the kitchen ceiling where the lath and plaster has come down in one corner. So the year of home improvements, 2012, looks to be finally getting underway.

Tonight I intend to try my hand a bread making, an update tomorrow.
