Face lift.

This is the Old Guernsey brewery. It's been disused for some time now.
But plans have been submitted to turn it into flats, about 40 or so.
As usual building control don't make it easy for developers to build.
I do understand about keeping buildings looking right architecturally but there is plenty of red tape here.
