Super winter walk!

We made good use of our microspikes ( mini crampons ) today as we walked up Skiddaw.

Lots of snow on the tops. The views were amazing!

In this shot you can see Chloe just about to reach the top of Skiddaw Little Man. Ros is further back, as she was blipping then lost one of her blippin' gloves!

You can see the Blencathra ridge shining in the distance...

A brilliant day on the fells! ( Just over 4 hours round trip ).

( Booths in Keswick refreshed us with pots of tea and cranberry cake! We also bought an amazing Valentine's meal deal for next Tuesday! )
