Sesame Street

Too tired for a Nuno walk so duties delegated.

Work was a whizz of wonder.

Out for a cup of tea at lunchtime.

Phone call at work, the dog had managed to eat a whole lot of chocolate, taken to vet to make her sick, lovely. She is ok now.

Ran to football , numbers down but a good session. We were raising the tempo as too many are just not pushing themselves.
