Bird Cruise on the Pride of Exmouth

It was a very cold day to be out on the Exe Estuary on a guided bird watching cruise from Exmouth. I couldn't hold the binoculars steady but it was worthwhile. Lots of seabirds, and good views. Exhilarating even, and when I was fed up trying to see what everyone else could see as clear as the Exe mud I went downstairs to warm up and drink tea, and browse the goods for sale-postcards, fridge magnets, books, and maps. It was great value for money, and tea was only 60p Also on sale for £1 were luxury hot drinks but I never found out what they were. The tide was racing in at the end and because of the full moon a very high one was predicted. Mr and Mrs Mover travelled with Stuart Line Cruises.
