Good few lectures then back home to work on late tutorial work and cook for Meg, Fay and Tom, who have frequently fed me and I've failed up to now to repay the favour.

I tried to go Moroccan, with a tagine of winter vegetables and cous-cous, but it turned into more of a stew - not what I was wanting. Don't trust the BBC Good Food website... I'll have to have another go, perhaps with Tom's tagine and some meat!!
