Shetland Bus - Bergen Terminus!

In the past I've blipped the memorial in Scalloway to the Shetland Bus.

Today I found the memorial on the Bergen quayside to Leif Larsen (also known as 'Shetlands Larsen') who was one of the key people behind the whole Shetland Bus operation. He made a huge number of crossings, ultimately collected a chestful of medals and lived to the ripe old age of 84.

I initially photographed the statue in daylight, but the image was just too flat - so I went back after dark armed with a flashgun looking for something a bit more dramatic.
