Florida Sweet Onions

JH and I went to the local Farmer's Market to visit my cousin's vegetable stand. He was telling us about these onions. They are planted in the strawberry fields down in Plant City, FL. They're planted between the rows of strawberry mounds to keep down pests. They're like a Vidalia Onion but because of trademark laws, we can't call them Vidalias. I love the tops sliced on a salad or on a baked potatoe.
