If you want blood - you got it

It's been a bit of whirlwind week. I saw the doctor on Monday morning and by this afternoon it was confirmed I am diabetic. I wasn't shocked, my brother, mother and her brother have all been diagnosed recently and it explained a few of my recent health issues.

The good news for me is that I just need to lose weight and exercise for now. I see it as a positive thing, asit has given both myself and my other half the motivation towards a healthier lifestyle.

I had a blood test on Wednesday morning. The bruise on my arm has come up lovely since. I'd like to thank the nurse for butchering me and giving me the blip opportunity.
