Contraptions ..... Science & Imagination

How do I even explain this .......? It is a shot of the internal workings of a contraption known as a "strandbeast" created by Theo Jensen. Essentially it is made of pipes, plastic and bits and pieces but when wound up (its hard to explain) and guided - it can walk - like a robot! Its currently on display in Melbournes' Federation Square. I very much like when science and artistic creativity meet - it's like Einstein said "Imagination is everything - It is the preview of lifes' comming attractions".
