Oh When the Saints...............

We were a part of a new era tonight, the first home game at the spanking new home of St Helens Rugby Club.
They were playing Salford ,and to be honest the first half was tedious , poorly played and not a lot to shout about .
Having frozen feet and a numb bum , I was hoping the second half would be more entertaining , and it certainly was. The Saints came marching in, time and time again . It gave us plenty to shout about, and most of all to jump up and down to restore our circulation .
Another game in two weeks time, ..... mental note to myself.......... three pairs of socks at the very least .
