Cross country in about one degree is pretty hard core in my opinion, with cloddy, sticky mud and grey skies it was not the most inspiring place or day to run.

These kids were brilliant - the girl in focus was the clear winner, wonderful to watch.

Felt pretty 'hardcore' myself just braving the elements to support my child!
