The motorcycle drove up, weighed down on the left side so much it looked like it would topple over any moment. When the driver and one passenger got off, it tipped more to the left. The smoke funnel was un-bungee corded first and placed on top of the fan, that was over the grill, which already had a fire going and meat on top. Trays of bagged pre-prepared food were set out, vegetables put in bowls and the umbrellas untied and set against the wall. While all this was going on, someone walked up, put a couple of the already cooked sticks of pork on a plate and bought them.

Obviously the owners of this drive up restaurant have been doing this a long time. They had everything down to science.
