Ikea Sunday

Mr Mouse and I know how to live the high life :)

We snuck out for breakfast and had an american stack of pancakes with syrup and bacon, then headed into the madness that is Ikea Sunday queue "baa, baa" noises as we were herded around like sheep.

Why the madness - well for ages we have managed with just one sofa which is not good when we have people to visit - we needed an extra chair.

We have been trying for ages to get an old chesterfield but they have so far been too far away, or snapped up before we find them, or at the other extreme of far more than we are prepared to pay.

So to Ikea we went.

Its the chair that Mr Mouse is sitting on.

Oh and yes we even had the Ikea Sunday argument as we tried to get it into a Renualt clio (and had to take out the dog bed, dog towels and dog walking coats) but it fit second time (if only Mr Mouse had have listened to me we would have avoided the argument - Men!)

(Oh and I have sorted out all the fabric to make curtains - just need to get it all washed and ironed, final window measurement and then curtain making will begin)

I am slowly getting over my Migraine from the other day - I can now watch tv - but computer still has to be short bursts :(
