Ice

OMG the snow might have gone BUT there is so much ice around.

Apache was a brave boy today he chased 2 cats out of the garden - the second one I never saw at first he was looking out of the dining room window and I was in the kitchen and he flew to the backdoor and pawed it so I opened the door and he was like a rocket and sent another cat packing - I was REALLY surprised I've never seen him move so fast, although he's obviously worn himself out coz I can hear him snoring.

Found out when visiting my parents that my dad has to have another operation coz he has a hernia on the scar where they operated on his colon and worse he's now back to smoking 10 a day!!! I'm so not happy about the smoking but what can I do or say.
