Owls

Didn't manage to get out today with one thing and another so it's Janet's deco bookend owls on the mantelpiece!
She bought them about 5 years ago in Llangollen when we visited the International Eisteddfod which is held there every year.
If you've never been I can highly recommend it.
The day we visited was children's day with young performers from all over the world. There's nothing more impressive than the power of the human voice and and there wasn't a dry eye in the house/tent.
Carrying on the welsh theme bookended there's a copy of George Borrows - Wild Wales.
