Really pleased to report no aches and pains today after my 45 miles over the last 3 days - even made it to the gym this morning and had a short walk with Bill this afternoon!

Bit rainy though and as the camera didn't go out with me had a wee play when I got back - a bit harder than I thought to light it without all the marks on the glass showing up though!
