A walk up Arthur

My sister was back up to Edinburgh with her boys and we decided to have a walk up Arthur's seat...It was a really good day and everybody enjoyed the walk...even Shaun, my sister's youngest. He started the walk but very soon got tired - did not want to go on - but with gentle persusion and an introduction into Lance Armstrongs mindset..."Its not about the bike" - he made it to the top......and back down again.

So often the battles we have are won and lost in the mind - we choose to go on or give up - Shaun chose go keep going and achieved his goal - he made it to the top!
