Crispy Breakfast

Another cold and dry morning. I took my walk before the workers with their forestry machinery appeared to work on the winter damage in the woods. Sometimes it's great just to listen to the park; a lot of early morning songs were being sung while the woodpeckers set the rythm. Suddenly I heard a kind small noise over my head, as if somebody with very tiny teeth was munching crisps. I turned around very carefully and looked up. A red squirrel was breakfasting on a samara! There were still a lot of them left on the tree so I guess the lucky owner doesn't have to worry too much this winter.

Have a good time :-)
