Jess & Molly Law

By jml

Why can't Jess behave?

I was preparing breakfast for the girls, and they were both waiting patiently by my side. Then the bin-men drove by.

Molly knows what is important - food, more food, then "what's for afters?"

To Jess, the sound of a moving bin is anathema. She is off like a shot to the garden gate, barking furiously at the bin-men.

Meanwhile, back in the kitchen, Molly looks despondant. She knows (but finds it hard to accept) that Jess usually gets fed first. Does this mean that breakfast is delayed until Jess deigns to return? Or will he go out to the gate to bring Jess in? Or will service go ahead in her absence?
