how healthy are we?

We had half of this squash for tea yesterday and Amy actually liked it! So guess what I cooked for tea today...? I live the vibrant colour of the inside of the squash - it makes me feel I'm giving people something bursting with good things :)
I also cooked chicken breasts wrapped in pastry - a recipe I found on the internet at 4.30 this morning having been unable to sleep.
All the non-vegetarians liked them apart from River who declared his tasted like beetles and bugs. Oh well ....
