Steven proudly shows me the first stand up paddle he made! This was a prototype for him to learn how to do it and he gave this paddle to our friend Cheryl Wilson. She is a stand-up paddle boarder! Since then, he has made 2 more which I hope to show you as I fill in here with photos a bit. He is also perfecting a high-tech lightweight kayak paddle. When I speak of my dad, who passed away October 1st, Steven tells me my dad is with him most every day in the shop as he is using his tools, his old tractor- here it is then -back in the day, and now with steven, plus all the skills my dad taught him. So sweet.
