Cottesloe Tennis Club has undoubedly some of the best grass courts anywhere .

Certainly with over 30 grass courts inperfect condition playing for 12 months of the year it is hard to imagine too many clubs world wide that can match this.

I went down today to have a brief chat with out head groundsman who is responsible for keeping the courts in such wonderful condition. I was there last night for 2 hours playing and will go again tomorrow ( Saturday ) aftyernoon for club tennis when all our courts will be fully occupied with our social members.

Today was a different story and I managed to take a quick blipfoto of a service going just too long into court...out was the quick cry from the reciever.

This time the camera proved him to be right.
