Old and new (2)

The new library taking shape. I know I've blipped this before (2nd Feb) but it's all I've got today.
Wanted to walk through the ICC today but was held up by people queueing for "Britain's Got Talent" auditions!
My first old and new was the trains on 1st Dec.
