drip

Taking my insulin last night I decided to play with the extension tubes to see what sort of image I could get of the end of the needle.
Results were ok and I was pleased with how large I could make the image.

During the night I had a brainwave and this picture is the result.

I set the insulin pen up and coaxed out a small drip of insulin.
Put a candle underneath the drip for extra light and set the camera up.

I've cropped the image slightly and that was pretty much it.

I like using the tubes and they are very flexible, 3 tubes, 7 combinations, but it is easy to take pictures ofthe inanimate!
