Earth in grass?

Have you ever fantasised that the earth would be a smaller part of a much bigger kind of world or organism, similar to if us humans would be, say, the brain cells of the earth (stupid ones though!), or like the cells and organs in our body, probably without their knowledge, being a part of the universe that is our organism?

That would make a reality consisting of worlds within worlds within worlds and living creatures within living creatures within living creatures...and so on...without any limit..

(This "earth" is also an apple? with a quite mysterious colour!)
