Baking frenzy ?

After the muffins earlier this week (see here and here), today I made my first ever Flapjacks!!

Quite good for a first attempt, but as I have only tried one once before, I'm not too sure how it is supposed to taste...
Next time I think I'll add some chocolate or bananas (or both !).
