Too Darn Hot!

Oh dear. Something's gone a little bit melty here. I seem to have applied a little too much heat to a section of a frankly over-elaborate duvet cover. I've tried heating it up, applying soap, a scourer, I've even hit it with a brillo pad but its not budging.
