The long and winding path...

Had a fairly relaxed morning, then in the afternoon the BF and I cycled out to my sisters and back (30 miles...) the way there was all uphill and we had the wind in our face, not great! But some good chat, a really nice cup of coffee and a very appreciated slice of tart au citron and we were fuelled for the return journey, which turned out to be much easier! Think I'm going to hurt in the morning though!
